Information stored by the app

Photo Estimate Flow stores information you enter, including estimates, client details, templates, pricing, expenses, deliverables, terms, business information, logos, and settings. This information is stored locally on your Mac.

Information collected by 3PM Studios

Photo Estimate Flow does not require account registration. The app does not include advertising or third-party analytics SDKs and does not sell personal information.

If you contact support, 3PM Studios receives the information you choose to include in that communication, such as an email address, diagnostic details, or screenshots. That information is used only to provide support and improve the app.

Files created by you

You choose where exported PDFs and backup files are stored. Preparing an email passes the document to your configured mail application through standard macOS features. You control the recipient and sending action.

Data sharing

Photo Estimate Flow does not automatically upload estimates or client data to 3PM Studios. Information is shared only when you deliberately export, email, print, or otherwise transfer a file.

Data retention and deletion

App data remains on your Mac until you edit or delete it, remove the app’s data, or restore a different backup. Support correspondence is retained only as needed to respond to the request and maintain reasonable business records.

Security

You are responsible for protecting access to your Mac and for maintaining appropriate backups. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children

Photo Estimate Flow is a professional business tool and is not directed to children.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the app’s features or legal requirements change. The effective date will be revised when material updates are published.
