Where is my data stored?
Photo Estimate Flow stores estimates, clients, templates, pricing, business information, and settings locally on your Mac.
Is an account required?
No. Photo Estimate Flow does not require a user account or subscription.
How do I create a PDF?
Open an estimate, choose Preview PDF, review the layout, and then use the available macOS print, save, or email workflow.
Can I reuse clients and pricing?
Yes. Save clients, templates, library items, expenses, deliverables, and terms so they can be reused and adjusted for future projects.
Can I back up my data?
Yes. Use Photo Estimate Flow’s backup export and restore features. Store the backup somewhere protected and included in your normal backup routine.
How do I report a problem?
Email the support address with the app version, macOS version, a description of the problem, and the steps needed to reproduce it.
